Joining is easy – head to our Join Page, choose from our Basic, Pro or Ultimate plans and start connecting with customers.
After your 14-day FREE Trial ends, your billing cycle will begin and your account will be charged monthly.
The monthly amount charged depends on the Compare Cosmetica plan you have chosen, Basic, Pro or Ultimate. You can view our plan rates here
Log into MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner, then choose MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS to view and edit your subscription.
Remember you can always pause your account, or reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions. If you do need to cancel we’ll be sorry to see you go! – just follow these steps to cancel your account:
Log into MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner, choose MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS, then select PAUSE or CANCEL to stop your subscription.
Our subscription prices are per location, however, instead of creating a new account for a different location you can simply add an additional location to your account and a new subscription will be updated with additional payments for the added clinic.
Log into MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner, then choose ADD LOCATION in the left side menu and follow the payment process to checkout.
If you operate multiple clinics, the ‘Copy Treatments’ duplicate feature on Compare Cosmetica can be a valuable time-saving tool.
This feature is available on the Pro and Ultimate Plans ONLY, so make sure your plans are the same to allow the duplicate feature (eg. Pro Plan copies to another Pro Plan).
Log into MY ACCOUNT in the top right corner, then choose ADD LOCATION in the left side menu and follow the payment process to checkout – ensuring your new added location is on the same plan (Pro or Ultimate).
Then head back to your DASHBOARD and select EDIT CLINIC PROFILE to complete your additional location. You’ll see a popup asking if you would like to ‘Copy an Existing Clinic?’, click YES and continue editing as required.
We are a comparison website, and we do an unbiased comparison, the extra chargers for additional locations is to ensure everyone is paying for their services equally and that there are no disadvantages made to anyone, whether it be boutique or franchisee.

Find the Subscription that you would like to upgrade, select EDIT PLAN in the top right corner, then click UPGRADE PLAN in the top right corner.
Simply, yes. The decision is yours of which staff members you provide with your account details, however, we recommend whoever is in charge of your account is the only one to have the account log in details to ensure all information you have provided is accurate and up to date.

Make sure you allow locations in your browser settings so we can locate clinics and treatments in your local area. We have a large selection of clinics available and are constantly expanding our range to ensure you can find the best unbiased treatment comparisons.
We do our best to provide you with as many treatments, procedures and clinics as possible. We cannot guarantee that all procedures and/or treatments will be on our website available for comparison, however, we are continually working on expanding our range.
Some treatments may have various names, please ensure you are doing searches with any other additional name’s procedures and/or treatments may be known as.
